I had symptoms which prompted a lab. The results were available after Dr. Borgerding had left on vacation. I had emailed my concerns of results and symptoms through MyChart as well as called the nurse line. Dr. Borgerding reached out to me during her vacation to check on me and prescribe medication for my symptoms which had worsened. I had never had a physician taken that kind of time out of their time away from the office to handle a patient concern. Kudos to her.

The doctor part of the experience was fine, as far as doctor's appointments go. The lab was the negative part. The wait was way too long (45 minutes) and two of the technicians were loud and unprofessional. The third technician, who fortunately I had, was very professional, nice and did her job very well. She has been that way every time I have had her over the last four years.
