Ms Tichy does not like her job. She resented spending 31 minutes with me. I thought education and consulting was what she was supposed to do. She resented it according to the notes in my chart. I never want to see her again. Most people in your practice have been comforting, informing and kind. She was different. She needs a job where she does not have to deal with people. If I have to deal with her, I will find another practice to have my procedure.

Pre-visit instructions were not provided. I was expected to drink up to 36oz of water, PRIOR to the visit, so the bladder would be full. Upon arrival to my appointment it was determined that I was not ready to start. The front office staff did provide water and I was able to drink enough to accomplish the requirements. This additional step made my appointment time delayed by 30 minutes.
