I had some issues from a recent cystoscopy. Claire Tichy gave me a thorough explanation of what may have caused my issues and what I could do over the next few days to minimize my discomfort. All my questions were answered. Very positive experience.

The only thing I really dislike is the parking. I hate the garage and it's always difficult to find parking that I don't have to walk far. I have difficulty walking and it's a long way to the office and signage is not good. The first time going there was very confusing and other people also seem confused where to go and ask.

She always offers encouraging comments to keep me positive with my treatment plan. My wife and I both appreciate her very much.

Ms Tichy does not like her job. She resented spending 31 minutes with me. I thought education and consulting was what she was supposed to do. She resented it according to the notes in my chart. I never want to see her again. Most people in your practice have been comforting, informing and kind. She was different. She needs a job where she does not have to deal with people. If I have to deal with her, I will find another practice to have my procedure.
