Dr. Watts is very detailed. He doesn't just try to, you know, push you along. He doesn't make you feel like you can't ask questions. He's very honest. I just really like his, I guess what you would call his bedside manner. He's very motivating. That matters in terms of healthcare. When somebody's excited about getting you better, you want to do better for yourself. And so those little intangibles matter, and I just wanted to point that out.

I'm 68 years old and this was one of the friendly doctor office I have ever been in contact with, and Dr. Watts had excellent bedside manners if you want to call a Zoom bedside manners, I really felt like I was in great hands.with him and his staff was the best, I wish it was more doctor office like this, they could surly take a page out of this office book. Thank you all for your kindness and understanding when talking to me about my problem. Would recommend to everybody, if you need an infectious disease doctor. What could be done better is they could take more response to the lab work and act quicker when the labs are abnormal, and let the blood work rule what the patient says 'cause most of the time patients lie.
