My one complaint is that the office is not in a particularly convenient location. Once I arrived, I had no issues with the staff or the care I received.

Staff turnover is high. A few years ago, Dr. Jimmerson had one primary nurse & she was there for a decade+. Now every 6 month appt, there's totally new faces. Wellstar is not treating people right for long term consistency of care.

Dr Jimmerson is like the idealized doctors who were portrayed inn the 50s and 60s but he is real. He listens, asks good questions and provides thorough answers. I NEVER get the feeling he is watching the clock. He really cares and that is something I appreciate and admire. Medicine would be much better if more doctors followed his practice. The front staff and nurses are good too!
