The appointment itself was fine, as usual. When I went to the lab after the appointment the wait was longer than it has been in the past. There is a sign saying that waits would be longer because of staffing issues, so that needs to be addressed. Also, the lab staff needs to correctly follow the sign in sheet as people who signed in after I did went before me. The staff admitted their error in serving people out of order.

This was an incredible experience at the office. From the friendly ladies at the front desk to the amazing nurse Brittany and my fantastic doctor, Dr. Christopher Jimmerson, who always goes above and beyond, I couldn't have asked for a better time. For the first time ever, I was absolutely delighted with my visit. And let's not forget the lab! It's improved so much, and the staff there are all so cordial, professional, and fun. Giving blood is usually not the most enjoyable experience, but they made it a blast. I think they've made significant improvements since my last visit, and I had an amazing time. I can't wait to go back again!
