I don't know if it's wellstar or the Dr. Office that is not upfront with the costs.. she said my ins. Didn't go through and I had to pay. That's fine but she said it was only going to $168 for the visit. All they did was a consult. So why do I have another $100 bill sent to me by wellstar! Self pay patients should be given all costs upfront! How many more bills will I be getting?

My opinion is that since I only speak Spanish, I would like to communicate with her with a translator, then one of them already did very well, because I also communicate very well with the children, but they were husband and well, I understand English, but I I can't understand and I would like a translator to let me see what I know what is being talked about with the children this time my husband, sorry, no, I didn't understand everything then and I would like it for next time and I go alone with the children, a translator. Thanks.

Hi, Dr. Yu was absolutely great, wonderful. We got full attention. She was awesome. The only thing is it's too long waiting in the, once you get in one of the back rooms, we waited over an hour, an hour and 30 minutes. So that's kind of a long time. That's the only thing, it's a long wait in the back room. But other than that, it is a wonderful doctor's office and I would go there. My granddaughter went there till she was 18 years old and my grandson is eight and he absolutely loves it. Thank you.
