Listened, caring energy, thorough. Not at all dismissive or condescending like I have typically experienced with some of wellstar employees, physicians, and clinical employees. Dr. Adams and Kristy were definitely a breath of fresh air. They both introduced themselves upon initial meeting. Usually I have to ask to move their name tag so I can see it or what's your name. Although they were busy, never missed a beat on being courteous and polite.

I love everyone I deal with at East Paulding Primary Care!! I love their kindness and the fact that they listen to my comments regarding my health with concern. I am so blessed with all of them! Today I saw Ms. Rose at the front desk and Ms. Christy who took my blood pressure, etc and gave me my flu shot. I love my spectacular doctor (Dr. Christina Adams) and staff in the lab! All are great!!!!

The doctor simply talked right over us. The appointment was very rushed. I'm not even sure if the doctor was aware that since my husband's stroke he has aphasia/apraxia and doesn't understand a lot of what is being asked. I tried to explain that however once again I was talked over and ignored. Not a good experience at all.

The entire staff is great! I was registered immediately upon checking in! The front office staff is so friendly and helpful! Kristy and Jenny are excellent! Kristy really put me at ease as she took my vital signs and administered by flu shot! Jenny was very helpful with checking out. Dr. Adams is outstanding! She is always familiar with my medical condition! She is caring and interested in my total overall health and with me as a patient! I always enjoy coming into this office!

I wouldn't have known this if I hadn't gone up and asked how much longer I was going to have to wait to be seen, this was after sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes. The staff should do a better job 9f keeping patients updated on the wait time.
