Christie is extremely thorough and makes you feel comfortable during your visit. She answers any and all questions and never makes you feel bad for asking what you feel is a less then intelligent question. She is the best pcp I have had.

Should not schedule 4 people at 8am. Our time is as important as yours! Results in 20-30 minute wait for the 4th person to sign in even though they were there at 8 am sharp. Also email should not say arrive at 7:45 when you can't get in till 8! Respect our time!!!

The care and staff are excellent. The only negative about the experience is that the rates are very costly. $191.00+ PER VISIT is hard to handle on a fixed income. This does not include any tests nor procedures done. This is base pay. I guess it will help meet my deductible, but it is a big chunk out of a monthly income . I love the office and staff.
