I've had the opportunity to be there many times as I follow up on the BCG treatment and the entire staff has been really, really good and everyone there is really treating me well and it's always a interesting situation. It's not the easiest for the patient but they really do make it better so it's something that I really appreciate every time I go and I have two more treatments to go and everything should work out really well. So again, the staff is great and I really appreciate it.

The PA I saw was very thorough reviewing my medical history without prolonging my appointment. She was able to quickly determine a course of treatment and gave me some pointers on how to avoid future problems. I was very happy with her service.

Arrived 15 minutes prior to appt as requested and then waited 25 minutes past my appt time to be seen. Why arrive early (I did nothing other than tell the staff my name and was told to be seated) just to have to wait. Next time I will arrive at appt time.
