Front office check-in is not very warm or inviting. Personally, I was not affected, that can make the initial interaction a little tense for others. The nursing staff and Dr. Russo were both amazing. They exceeded my expectations. I love the fact that they took the time to listen and took an accurate medical history. It's refreshing to see a practice not rush you out the door and make sure they have the details correct.

Dr Russo is an asset to Wellstar and some should take a page out of her book and learn to listen and not do ALL the talking. The Medical Assistant was professional and very thorough. Overall a positive encounter. As for the front office staff I thought they were a little loud for the environment. Some decorum would be appropriate.
