I love that the office feels like a family environment. I heard some laughter. There were smiles. People seemed like they enjoy working with each other, and that makes a difference with who is actually in my care. So I would definitely recommend this office and my provider.

Dr Russo was very attentive, competent, concerned and most of all she listened without interrupting. Dr Russo is an asset to Wellstar and some should take a page out of her book and learn to listen and not do ALL the talking. The Medical Assistant was professional and very thorough. Overall a positive encounter. As for the front office staff I thought they were a little loud for the environment. Some decorum would be appropriate.

I had a wonderful nurse, Darlynn, (not sure of correct spelling) who explained things as she worked with me. I am very happy with Dr Russo and her explaining things so I understood what we were discussing.

The staff and the medical people, or the doctor, were very good, but I had a hard time finding the building. It's not well marked. There are two building Bs, I believe it was, and it was extremely hard to find the place. And then I couldn't contact anyone to call them to see where they were located.
