I expected test conducted in office the day of my appointment. I thought he would look down my throat, but he did listen to my lungs. The nurse checked my vitals, etc. He ask all type questions and checked my records thoroughly! He definitely seems to know his business! I really hope he can find out why I continue to have a prolonged chronic cough! The whole office staff was very nice and most accomodating. I am glad they took me as a patient after I got a referral from my doctor. I was very pleased with my office visit.

Hey, my experience overall has been very good with the pulmonary medicine. In general, WellSTAR, it's a good program for lack of a better term. Just seems like you guys are overwhelmed at some of the offices, not at the pulmonary office necessarily, but just WellSTAR in general seems to be overwhelmed. And I guess what I mean by that is just so many clients that you, yeah, I mean, just I feel like a number sometimes, not with the pulmonary medicine, but just WellSTAR in general. So the only reason I said an 8 rather than a 10.
