Dr Chukwuma and Nurse Daejanae had the best and most professional bedside manner l've experienced in years. The entire staff was professional, friendly and welcoming. Dr Chukwuma listened and addressed every issue and wanted what was best for me. And made sure I understood. I don't plan on changing her as my PCP now anytime soon

The place was very clean, first of all. The lady at the counter was super nice. The guy who drew our blood was super nice. The doctor, she listened. She did a lot when it comes to the exam, things that some other doctors don't do. She seemed knowledgeable. She was very polite. She was patient. I didn't feel rushed. Yeah, I like her and I like this practice. Excellent. Thank you.

I truly enjoy visiting my doctor and that is strange for most people, but my doctor and the healthcare system there shows they care about their patients, they care about me and I've had excellent service. I am totally relaxed and happy with their care for me and my husband and I definitely will be recommending my family to them.

Dr Chukwuma was incredibly thorough and kind. She was full of wisdom and insight into finding appropriate solutions for my needs. I'm relatively new to Wellstar, so finding a provider was made easier. I couldn't be more pleased with her and her staff. They were all exceptional.

The entire staff of Wellstar are amazing. The nurse who I had during my appointment was personable and helpful in completing my intake forms. Dr. Chidinma Chukwuma answered all of my questions, tended to my concerns, and ensured my annual physical examination was thorough.

The receptionist and the medical assistant had me go back and forth between the waiting room and the examination room unnecessarily. Since the phlebotomist was out of the office I had to try to find another office to have lab samples drawn however I couldn't find the offsite location. A backup phlebotomist should have been available. I had nothing but frustration that day. I called the office to let them know about my inconveniences and although someone called me back to set up a "lab only" appointment it has resulted in my waiting another two weeks before my lab samples can be provided for analysis. If only there were a backup phlebotomist onsite all of this could have been prevented. This appointment wasn't handled as professionally as usual.

I have recently moved further away from this primary care location but I did not want to switch doctors or practices. The extra drive is worth it! The entire staff makes this location such a great experience.

Yes, this is my third time coming to this office, and every time I come to the office, you're running an hour to two hours behind. I've expressed my concern about overbooking or, I don't know, mismanagement of time, but it should not take an hour and a half to two hours waiting to be seen. It's absolutely disrespectful, no respect for other people's time, and every time I come, it's always the same excuse about the patient before me ran late or the patient before me had an emergency. The odds of every time I personally come that there's an emergency or something happens before my appointment is slim to none. It feels as if this office is overbooking. I always go the first appointment or so in the morning, so it's unbelievable that you all would be an hour and a half, two hours behind first thing in the morning. My appointment was at 8 o'clock. I got there at 8 o'clock. I got pulled to the back probably 8.20, and I sat until 9.

The receptionist and the medical assistant had me go back and forth between the waiting room and the examination room unnecessarily.
