I would like to commend the staff at Powder Springs, at the corner of Brownsville and 78. They are absolutely wonderful, Thornton Road and Brownsville Road. They couldn't be nicer. They're friendly. They're helpful. And when I went in to see the doctor, the nurses couldn't have been sweeter, and the doctor was excellent. I'm just really, really pleased with her. So I just wanted you to know that I really do like the practice at Brownsville and Thornton Road. So, that's it. Merry Christmas.

Front desk employees need to be better informed about 0 co-pay policies. I was told there was a $26 charge that could not be explained by employee. Turns out this was an issue with their billing department.

The service is always great however they need to improve on the waiting. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early as requested. I was taken back 5 minutes after arriving which means I was prepared for the doctor to see me shortly afterwards. It was at least 30 minutes later before the doctor came on. I can understand perhaps a 15 minute wait, but 30 minutes is too long in my opinion. Other than that the visit was fine. I find it ironic that if a patient is 15 minutes late they have to reschedule their appointment but the doctor can be late and the patient just has to wait.
