I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the level and quality of care recently. Staff members and doctor are somewhat untrustworthy and unorganized. The things that are related to me during our medical appointment/, session seems quite different and confused afterwards. I have had to make an appointment with the doctor in order to discuss again my needs as I did in my previous appointment because after calling and communicating with the office several times I could not get anyone to send my insurance companies (Medicare and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (SHBP) the order stating the services and equipment I need and the doctor requested that I would require to be now independent and to allow accessibility of my home since I now have a permanently disability where the other I am immobile and basically unable to do activities of daily living. I am not getting sufficient help, honesty or the professional knowledge, expertise or compassion I have come to expect from,"medical care givers."

I would like to commend the staff at Powder Springs, at the corner of Brownsville and 78. They are absolutely wonderful, Thornton Road and Brownsville Road. They couldn't be nicer. They're friendly. They're helpful. And when I went in to see the doctor, the nurses couldn't have been sweeter, and the doctor was excellent. I'm just really, really pleased with her. So I just wanted you to know that I really do like the practice at Brownsville and Thornton Road. So, that's it. Merry Christmas.

Front desk employees need to be better informed about 0 co-pay policies. I was told there was a $26 charge that could not be explained by employee. Turns out this was an issue with their billing department.
