I had to get a new primary doctor as mine passed away. I chose this practice because it was Wellstar and very close to my home. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. She was very informative about the practice. The nurse who brought me back was friendly and thorough. Doctor was patient and thorough. Very happy I chose this office.

I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the level and quality of care recently. Staff members and doctor are somewhat untrustworthy and unorganized. The things that are related to me during our medical appointment/, session seems quite different and confused afterwards. I have had to make an appointment with the doctor in order to discuss again my needs as I did in my previous appointment because after calling and communicating with the office several times I could not get anyone to send my insurance companies (Medicare and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (SHBP) the order stating the services and equipment I need and the doctor requested that I would require to be now independent and to allow accessibility of my home since I now have a permanently disability where the other I am immobile and basically unable to do activities of daily living. I am not getting sufficient help, honesty or the professional knowledge, expertise or compassion I have come to expect from,"medical care givers."
