My experience at Wellstar was great, and I will tell others about how caring this staff made me feel. I felt important. It was like I was the only patient. I didn't have to wait 1 to 2 hours for the Dr. Waiting in the doctor's office. This is good.

The staff in the front that checks you in was very diligent, very kind, and very respectful. And they helped me, and when I had questions, they answered all my questions. And when I see Ms. Charlotte, she was the exact same way, very kind, very diligent, and was very concerned about everything that I was concerned with. And she broke everything down very clearly and spoke to me with manners and made me feel very welcome and made me feel like she really cared about what was going on with me. So I really did appreciate the way that I was treated at this practice, and I would definitely recommend it to family members and friends.

I truly appreciate how comfortable she was and how caring she was to listening to my needs and my concerns and addressing them enough to make me feel safe and comfortable in the environment. Being as though I hadn't been with a provider in quite some time, I also can appreciate the staff and I am thankful for how warm and attentive they were as well to making sure that my needs got met and everything I needed was taken care of. So I will most definitely continue my services with her and the staff because it was something I needed and it was helpful and it was kind and I appreciate them for that. So what I have going on emotionally, they surpassed my expectations.
