The Doctor explained to me in a way that I fully understood and what his plan was to get me well. He was great. Dr.Hoff.

Thankful that I could schedule an appointment in my chart... one was available within 3 hrs . I arrived early and was taken in to the exam room before my appt time. A complete history and symptoms were taken by the pleasant nurse after she took my vitals. Dr Hoff came in relatively soon after and checked me out,listened to my complaints and told me my diagnosis and plan of care. It's been a little over 24 hrs and I am feeling much better. Thanks to all who took such good care of me.

The wait time was horrible. It has happened several times where I have waited on average of 3-4 hours before I was seen. When you're sick it's not a good feeling.

I came in with a wound that needed debriedment and a bandage. It was preformed in a timely manner with a prescription for an antibiotic ointment, with clear instructions on how I should treat it at home. Every one in the office was very friendly and took care of me like I was part of their family. Very good experience.

excellent! I had made an appointment for 2:00..and I was called a few minutes later. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The nurse was very pleasant and professional. I had a very short wait, and the Dr was right in! I really liked him immensely. He was very professional, listened and understood I was feeling pretty yucky! I left feeling I was going to be feeling better soon. This was the2 nd time I have been at this location, and both times were A plus!

Definitely nice to have a facility close and available. I don't rush to see the Dr ever so. When I'm that sick I'm usually just get me in and out. I've seen Dr Hoff for a few years now and he's pretty consistent at helping and giving very good advice.

I don't think a nurse and dr have been so considerate to me before. And they listened. Something you don't see much of these days either. You don't want to loose them.

I rarely need to see a physican other than annual checkups so this isn't a common thing for me. I found the entire staff to be not only attentive but also quite considerate. Did not feel rushed when it was my turn and that is invaluable when you don't feel well. Hats off to that group of professionals.
