Very prompt and easy in and out Glad i went

When we we walked in at around 8:30 am at the Kennesaw location. The nurse or assistant covering the front desk was the most pleasant person I have ever encountered at any urgent care ever . I told her soon, she needs to be commended. And Dr. Hoff is always the greatest . Our nurse was really nice too.

Everyone was amazing, very caring. The one I walked in and was signing in, the sweet lady at the receptionist was amazing. She said, you called about your fall off your horse, didn't you? Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to get called to the treatment room. It would be nice to have an electronic board with estimated times for each person waiting. No one in waiting room knew who would be next.

Very good experience overall. Was really grateful that they did a pain shot and started the prednisone while I was there because it really helped. The only negative was the wait time. I had an 11 o'clock appointment and didn't get in until 12 but they were busy. On the other hand, they took time with me I didn't feel as if they were rushing me out to get to the next people who were waiting. would definitely go back to them the next time I need urgent care.
