Yes, everybody was very friendly and also professional and knowledgeable and I felt like I had a really good experience. I'm a retired nurse from Wellstar so I know how we're supposed to treat people and so I was treated that way and I just wanted to let you know the nurses and the doctor that came in, everybody was just really nice and I think my toe is getting better already and I appreciate it. Quick service. The Asst. and NP listened to my symptoms and provided me with a shot and meds which always help me get well quicker. Very friendly desk asst and doctors. I did feel like a had to sit in the room a little too long after taking the shot, 30 minutes. But overall a great visit.

I came in with a dog bite. I was prescribed Amoxicillin , which if asked, I would have told them I was allergic. Anyway, I have now been admitted to Northside Hospital because my had is very swollen.

Yes, after I had the accident I called the immediate care facility to see if they were open and if I could make a reservation so that everything would be in order on the way in and the receptionist said that there was no need, just come on in. And I just said I'd feel better if I could make a reservation, but my fingers were cracked and I couldn't use a computer. She said use a computer then and I said I couldn't and she said well just come on in. And there's really, it doesn't tell you any way to make a reservation by calling the care facility and if there's one thing I'd recommend is that you make that an option. If someone calls they should be able to make a reservation for a visit. That's the only thing, otherwise everything was very professional and well done. Thank you.
