Careful efforts are appreciated. The provided Coban wraps are superior to off-brands. The off-brands available at Walgreens and Walmart tend to melt residuals from contact with vasiline/aquafor. This caused my wound to be sticky and difficult to wash. Explaining this was clarity for RN Cathy Thomas to provide me more Coban and it solved the sticky skin issues.

Cathy is knowledgeable and the first time I met her, I really liked her. She was very patient and answered all my questions but the visit I had today , I felt extremely rushed and dismissed by her. I was trying to empathize to her that I was experiencing a lot of unusual pain and I felt like she looked at me like I was crazy and being dramatic. She didn't take the time to listen to my concerns. It was very disappointing.

The reception lady at the desk for check in was very rude. In fact when calling back for a subsequent appointment nobody answered the phone. I called 3 times accepting the fact that they may be busy. I did not leave a message and was going to call the next day. She called back an hour later and basically scolded me for calling three times saying "you don't have to call me three times ". She was also nasty when I asked her to verify my insurance on file. I don't need to deal with people like that that.
