There should never be an instance of waiting over an hour in the waiting room without any explanation and then told that was common because they were a busy practice. Also my medical issue is concerning and even though I show abnormal labs, they have still not been read and I have received no follow up. This is the first wellstar location that made me feel as if I truly do not matter

I do believe that she ignored or forgot a couple of things that I talked about that were concerning to me that I followed up on and got one of them, I think, solved.
