Dr. Hudson has been my care provider for over 3 years. She has provided me with excellent care. Everyone in the office has treated me with the utmost respect and today I met a new person that works with their team. His name was Chris. He was outstanding.

We were scheduled to begin appointment at 12:45pm. There was no one at the front desk until 1pm. The front desk staff said she could not find me on schedule - forcing me to openly vocalize personal information. She refused to allow me access to toileting and was extremely unfriendly. She is the first impression of the entire office which sets the tone for the appointment. When someone is already nervous or stressed, feeling welcome and cared for is imperative. I did not feel welcome.
