Visit was great; even though I have made my expectations clear regarding medication therapy and what I do not want to try. Although I did explain to the physician that I was seeing a therapist, she went into other topics of discussion not involving medication therapy. I had been trying to get a sooner appointment for several weeks before the appointment because my insurance was going to be discontinued before the appointment. Now I have been charged for a 99214 visit and 30 minutes of psychotherapy (for a total of >$500) even though I already pay my therapist $175 a session (1-2 times per month). This is going to be an out of pocket payment due to me not having insurance and provider was aware of this.

I love Dr Wolfe! She is the sweetest person and Dr I have encountered. I think she really cares. I know she does. I have no problems with her. When I get off track she is willing to help you get back on track in a timely manner whether it's a medicine change or more consultation if you need to discuss more about your mental health.
