It was great except for when no one got back to me for two days to make an appointment for surgery and I think it would have moved that up because I was in a lot of pain at that time they did leave a message on the third second day but with some I phones it takes a little longer to get it. So it didn't seem to be important for them but for me a day was difficult.

Catelyn explained the 2 procedures in detail about how my kidney stones could be handled. Because of the size of the stones it is their recommendation that the doctor could only use the side approach to retrieve the stones with the least numbers of surgeries and risk of multiple anesthesias. She answered my questions directly and clearly. I was satisfied with the information and print outs given to me further explaining my visit and the surgery. Positive visit. Thank you.
