Was told wait would be 2.5 hours. When came back at the appointment time still waited 45 min and entire time there was 2 hrs for only a chest X-ray done to decide what to do. Short staffed

My two nurses, Carol Scully and Anna Piecoro, were awesome! They took time to hear my concerns and answer my questions. They were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Although the office was busy neither Carol or Anna seemed pressed for time.

I like that the office is clean, the check in, updating system keeps me informed. I felt listened to and very glad I went. I wasnt sure if I needed urgent care but my NP Carol Scully assured me if was the right thing to do and gave me useful information about my asthma and better treating it. She took her time and I sincerely appreciated it.
