Everybody here was amazing! Kelsie at the front desk made the check-in process smooth and easy. Ashley was gentle with my baby girl and was so kind. Carol was a true Rockstar! She listened to all my concerns and took great care of my baby girl. Jessica's discharge instructions were easy to understand and she also was great! If I could rate higher the a 10, I definitely would. I will surely use paulding urgent care again! Thank you all!!

I'm a disabled veteran and the VA was referring me to the clinic. I don't know why the providers can't preauthorize certain medications through the VA.

I don't feel that the Covid and flu test were efficiently enough as I didn't think they went far enough up my nostril. I also feel that I should've had a strep test and a chest x-ray.

Carol and her student assistant were excellent, friendly, and did an exceptional job of keeping me from experiencing the pain of having an imbedded wood sliver removed from under my fingernail bed. I've had no pain or complications since the removal. Very courteous and professional.

I am not a fan of Wellstar, however this office is great! I would actually rather take my kids here for sickness over our pediatric facility. This office was amazing and has been great every time I have gone! The physician we saw yesterday was WONDERFUL! The staff was awesome too. I felt like they truly did their best while being short staffed and did it with an excellent attitude!
