It took me 24 days to see him. I made an appointment and they called me and told me that they had messed up on the appointment, he's not going to be in office, and they changed the appointment again on me. It's just very hard to see him when you need to see him.

My visit was interrupted by a fire alarm that delayed being seen for over 30min. When Dr Goolsby came in he sat down and took the time to talk and listen to me. We came up with a plan and then he took the time to explain my treatment plan. I never felt rushed and felt like he truly only cared about me in that moment and not the back log of virtual visits or the back log of other patients.
