I love Wellstar and Dr. Goolsby so much I'm changing my insurance of 5 years to stay with this team!!!

Another way we can mostly improve is time management. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and I was seen 45 to 50 minutes after my appointment time. Also, my appointment, my time with the doctor was short and brief, so I wasn't fully, I think, assessed for a good physical. I think only 30 minutes was given to me total, but most of my time was wasted based on waiting in a waiting room 45 minutes after my appointment time. Overall, I think good doctor. Overall, I think good facility, but I think we need to be improved on patient care and patient practice.

Dr. Goolsby and his nurse Candice were most diligent and caring with our visit today! Couldn't ask for a better staff or physician and nurse to tend to our needs at this time! We are so grateful to have Dr. Goolsby as our primary physician he is outstanding as a physician and as a person!

The check-in process seemed disconjointed. I work in an area without cell reception so the typical check-in process was cumbersome. I had to leave my office to find an area where I got reception and then return to my office for my appointment. It seems like an easier process would be to have the nurse join the video call and then hand the meeting over to the doctor.
