The only concern I had was when I went to go get blood work done and the x-rays, the bathroom where I had to do the urine test was disgusting. It smelled like a gas station. It really, really reeked of urine. That was the stinkiest I have ever been in a bathroom. So please, whoever is dropping the ball, please work on that. Thank you.

I was sent to get labs done. There were so many people waiting to be seen! I had already been at the office appointment for 1.5 hours. After waiting about 20 mins in the lab, I asked others how long they had waited. People said at least 50 minutes. I opted to leave and get labs done elsewhere.

I saw Dr. McLeod at the Woodstock office and that was the first time I had been there and her medical assistant came with her when they called me to go back. It was the same person that I had seen at the Tower Road office. I really like that. It's very comfortable. I love Dr. McLeod and her assistant.
