It was a very good Urgent Care experience. There was no waiting, all of the staff was friendly and professional, I felt heard and valued as a patient.

Used this office for years. Used to live in the neighborhood. Moved out of state but visit often. This is my go to Drs office since I no longer have a PC Dr in the area.

Visit vastly exceeded even extreme expectations. Staff immediately assisted an injured patient to a treatment room. Staff worked together seamlessly combining attentive concern with professional efficiency. Praise to the staff.

I would like to see if it would be possible for the medications to be delivered to my home because, so far, I've only received a message saying they were being looked into, and I don't have the treatment yet. If it's easier to provide the treatment at the office, that would be better.

After I got my results and the dr told me to wait and she would be right back. She never came back! After 45 minutes I went to front desk and they printed my discharge papers.

Front desk girl was nice however the nurse was super rude and acted like she wanted to leave. She must have a bad day or something cause she had an attitude. The provider was nice and did not explain what I could and could not do. All she said was not to take a shower which one could take shower if they cover the area that is not suppose to get wet. Not a good experince at the facility.

I thought I would have to eat the cost of the emergency x-ray I needed for my hand because I had to go to the walk-in clinic and not to the VA hospital where I am covered, but they made some calls to the hospital and the hospital gave them an authorization. Your staff was outstanding and they saved me $250 out-of-pocket costs. Thank you very much.
