This practice would get higher marks but two things are very wrong. 1. messages sent via the portal are not handled timely or at all. If you call the office to try and get a message through you're rarely going to get a real person. For followup questions and contact this practice fails. 2. the check in process is overkill. I was asked to jump through so many hoops just to confirm and then register and confirm again and then a message asking if I've arrived yet. Come on. Not everyone has smart technology and can manage all of this. This is a neurologist office. Some folks are struggling and you make it harder. So, between the checkin nightmare and not getting timely responses or a real person, this practice fails. The Doctor is quite good. But, Wellstar's policies/practices make the whole experience not so good

Dr. Bosse is very smart and knowledgeable. He explained everything as he performed all of his tests. I felt very confident with his skill. However sometimes it is difficult to understand what he is saying.

It was extremely hard to get in touch with the office. I called 4 times. Each time I was on hold over 10 minutes. The doctor didn't seem very concerned, he mumbled things and never asked me if I had any questions or concerns.

It was excellent as I had an ASL Interpreter available for me to communicate with nurses and doctors.

The doctor and staff are good but I had to wait since Oct to get this appointment and my follow up visit is not scheduled until May. I think having to wait this long to see a doctor is kind of ridiculous but understand supply and demand.

Dr Bosse should be able to treat my migraine with a narcotic. Tramadol does not do anything for my migraine. He should be able to treat my migraine with a medicine that will get rid of my migraine like he has in the past.

Great experience. After many months of going to different hospitals and physicians, I was relieved to find Dr Bosse who seemed very knowledgeable and listened to my medical issues. He acted very quickly by scheduling different tests and sending me to a doctor proficient in caring for my needs.
