From the check-in to the provider to the checkout process, everything was very professional, it was very warm. I didn't wait very long, and I especially appreciated the extra time my doctor took with me to explain the different levels and the different medicines and asking what I thought. And at the checkout process, the woman that checked me out, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very patient with helping me select a date for my next visit. I'm glad to be a patient of Austell Wellstar Endocrinology.

I just wanted to say that everyone there made you feel like you were important. And that's very good, you know, doctors, any type of doctor's office with the staff. They all were very nice, very courteous, and even very funny. I had a nice first time experience. I look forward to going back, not for medical reasons, but anyway, they made you feel very at ease, and I appreciated that.
