Was greeted warmly upon my arrival and was immediately helped with no wait. Was taken back to the exam room by a very kind young lady who was very personable. Brittany was attentive, knowledgeable and reassuring in discussions of my upcoming surgery. She answered all my questions and never appeared rushed.
