Everything was fine until I went to the lab. I was waiting there for 45 minutes. After that, they call me inside the lab, then the technician told me that she cannot see the order for my labs. She didn't take me any sample. I went up stairs, but I couldn't find anybody.

My experience on this past day was super amazing. As a first-time mom, I think this really set the tone for how I just feel like, how I just needed to set the tone. Everyone that worked with me, everyone that was on staff, whether it was the nighttime, all the midwives, all the nurses, caretakers, everyone was just so sweet, so loving, so patient, so understanding, so personable. They made me feel extremely comfortable. They talked me through everything, and it's an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life, and I'm so thankful. And yeah. Thank you.

Brittany is the absolute best!! She delivered my baby and then when I saw her for my follow up, she spoke so kindly and encouragingly. She gave me such confidence during delivery and then at my follow up, she told me how proud she was of me. So very grateful for Brittany!!!
