I had to wait way too long for this appointment. Then I had to go downstairs and get bloodwork done and wait another 30 minutes just to get back there and be told they hadn't submitted the order yet so they couldn't draw my blood. I spent over an hour and a half there today. Wish my time was better respected.

I saw Dr. Anderson for my Well Woman's checkup. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff and the office staff. And I just must add that I'm excited to be a member of WellSTAR and work for WellSTAR and have an option of doctors that look like me. That's very important to me. So to have an African American doctor there, I felt extremely comfortable and in a safe environment. And I just wanted to share that. I don't plan on having any other OBGYN. I am now happy to be under Dr. Anderson's care. Okay. Bye.

Hello, the Women's Center was very clean and I felt very comfortable. My only complaint was that the physician, the doctor was late and it was my first time seeing her as a patient and I was disappointed that I had to wait so long for her arrival. So that is my complaint. Thank you.

The front desk receptionist was excellent. Everyone was very informative and welcoming. The actual exam was one of the best i've ever had. I jokingly complimented the DR and expressed my need to get a thorough check up. She was gentle and quick.

While dealing with the relocation due to flooding at their own office - the team at this office was amazing. Definitely a little hectic - but given the circumstances, it was understandable! My provider understood the amount of anxiety I was having surrounding my 5th pregnancy and hopefully first live birth. She didn't push me in any direction and really understood my concerns. It was really rewarding and I'm thankful for her!
