My experience was exceptional. Dr. Burris and the entire staff are excellent. Very caring and knowledgeable.

The bathroom that I had to use to give a urine sample was DISGUSTING!!! Urine on the toilet. And old absorbent pad on the cabinet to place the cups with the urine in them. Three pens available. Not sure which ones were clean or tainted with urine. Very little toilet paper and toilet seat covers. Absolutely NO PAPER TOWELS. Used paper towels on the floor. And it was already someone else's urine cup in the window waiting to be collected. I asked the nurse about the bathroom and she said that the night crew cleans the bathroom. But, there are people giving urine samples all day, during the daytime hours. Why wouldn't someone be in charge of making sure the bathroom is cleaned and stocked?? Also, the trash was almost overflowing in the exam room. Just nasty!

The provider was heavy handed. She needs to work on being more gentle. She also needs to work on dismissing herself from the room because as I was laying down, she told me thank you and walked out as I was laying down, you know, completely because she was giving my exam. But she told me if there's nothing else, have a good day and walked out the room. I think you should at least help your patient up. sit up, did ask the patient, do they have any questions? If they do not, then that is your perfect time to exit the room. The way she exited the room, it did not sit well with me.

Dr Burris was very thorough and progressive in her evaluation and recommendations to address my health issues. The environment was relaxing and the staff demonstrated great staff to patients skill. I think Dr. I believe her name is Dr. Bria. She was an amazing and outstanding doctor. She's one of the only doctors that ever listened to my concerns and went above and beyond. I will definitely keep being a patient there. I'm so glad I switched offices. She doesn't brush anything off. She listens thoroughly and she really, really cares for her patients. As a woman, I've always wanted that and I'm so glad I found someone to give me that. The office is amazing. It's so clean. I love that I was greeted and recognized and everything. So, thank you.

I was very impressed with the no wait time. I was called back to see the doctor at my appointment time. I didn't have to wait for 15 or 30minutes in the waiting area after my appointment time. This is very unusual, impressive and for a doctor's office visit. I was so impressed and appreciative for this rare and timely experience.

The provider was heavy handed. She needs to work on being more gentle. She also needs to work on dismissing herself from the room because as I was laying down, she told me thank you and walked out as I was laying down, you know, completely because she was giving my exam. But she told me if there's nothing else, have a good day and walked out the room. I think you should at least help your patient up. sit up, did ask the patient, do they have any questions? If they do not, then that is your perfect time to exit the room. The way she exited the room, it did not sit well with me.

Dr. Burris makes me feel seen and advocated for. Every question, no matter how small, she makes time to answer. I never feel rushed in her office. She presents options, explanations, and alternatives that make me feel well cared for. I hope she's here to stay!

The bathroom that I had to use to give a urine sample was DISGUSTING!!! Urine on the toilet. And old absorbent pad on the cabinet to place the cups with the urine in them. Three pens available. Not sure which ones were clean or tainted with urine. Very little toilet paper and toilet seat covers. Absolutely NO PAPER TOWELS. Used paper towels on the floor. And it was already someone else's urine cup in the window waiting to be collected. I asked the nurse about the bathroom and she said that the night crew cleans the bathroom. But, there are people giving urine samples all day, during the daytime hours. Why wouldn't someone be in charge of making sure the bathroom is cleaned and stocked?? Also, the trash was almost overflowing in the exam room. Just nasty!
