I arrived about 225 for what I thought was a 2.30 appointment. I was told at the front desk that I had missed my appointment because it was at 2 o'clock. I pulled up the text message I had received, and my text message said my appointment was at 2.15. Therefore, I was only 10 minutes late. However, the receptionist acted like a total a-hole and was pretty much just telling me, go away, you're done, you were supposed to be here at 2 o'clock. And it was your stupid system that told me my appointment was at 2.15, not 2 o'clock. You people need to straighten that out. And I was able to get in.

Due to illness I had to call and the nurse practioner did a teleconference instead of an actual office visit. Not only did she do a good job the entire office was understanding and very helpful. They were all wonderful.
