The tech did an excellent job of making me feel that she was concerned and assist us in getting to a room comfortably. And the nurse practitioner, she did an excellent job of just being patient and giving us the opportunity to ask all the questions we desired to ask.

The staff were extremely kind and sophisticated. Providing a caring environment. It was very clean and seemingly well-organized, and everyone I encountered was very helpful. Over-all the only downside to the Wellstar Health system that I have encountered would have to be the Call system. The current system makes it seemingly impossible to actually speak to someone, resulting in making the patient (me) feel very hopeless. I'm sure others feel this way as I've heard others have had struggles contacting offices even in urgent situations. If this can be worked on, I feel it would improve the communication between offices and patients.

The wait time for my appointment was extremely excessive. When I arrived, there was only one person in the waiting room. My appointment was at 11:00 . I got there at 11:00 and they did not even come in the room until 12:10.

I would have liked instructions on how to enter MyChart before my virtual visit with the doctor. I could not get into MyChart, therefore I had to have a telephone visit instead of a video visit. So for future reference, it would be nice to get into MyChart before the visit.
