I would have liked instructions on how to enter MyChart before my virtual visit with the doctor. I could not get into MyChart, therefore I had to have a telephone visit instead of a video visit. So for future reference, it would be nice to get into MyChart before the visit.

Connecting to people via the phone was difficult. The phone rang for a long time and hung up (twice) before anyone answered. When they did answer and transfer, it again rang a long time and hung up. Also, answering the questions prior to the call within MyChart could not be seen by the person verifying that I was ready to meet with the nurse. She asked me ALL OF THE QUESTIONS AGAIN.

She has a very pleasing personality which in my book is worth more than gold when you're going thru things that concern you. Her staff/nurses was also very pleasant and friendly and professional .
