Last time did all the prep in office so this was different but okay-seems like there is still some work to be done so it will run more smoothly-like location of procedure but overall it was good

To start the lady who called to schedule me was very helpful! They didn't have a appointment the next day and scheduled me a week out. I requested a call if something became available and they called me back! I am so thankful! On arrival, everyone was very pleasant and it eased my mind. Not to mention that I didn't have to wait long. The provider was easy to talk to and gave honest feedback. I wish more doctors office were like this.

Yes, I was talking to the MP and she said I couldn't do what I need to do this session online that I had to come in, but she would not tell me why I had to come into the office. So that left me with some anxiety not knowing why instead of giving me an answer about what's going on with my health.

Everyone was nice, friendly knowledgeable, overall experience was good, but I didn't feel they respected my time, asking me to show up 15 minutes early, was only person in waiting room at 7:45am, yet didn't see Dr for atleast 30 mins AFTER my appointment time. Thats a 45 min wait time. How can you be late on your first appointment lol.

The tech did an excellent job of making me feel that she was concerned and assist us in getting to a room comfortably. And the nurse practitioner, she did an excellent job of just being patient and giving us the opportunity to ask all the questions we desired to ask.

The staff were extremely kind and sophisticated. Providing a caring environment. It was very clean and seemingly well-organized, and everyone I encountered was very helpful. Over-all the only downside to the Wellstar Health system that I have encountered would have to be the Call system. The current system makes it seemingly impossible to actually speak to someone, resulting in making the patient (me) feel very hopeless. I'm sure others feel this way as I've heard others have had struggles contacting offices even in urgent situations. If this can be worked on, I feel it would improve the communication between offices and patients.
