Dr. Harper is extremely professional and thorough with explaining everything with all questions, providing answers. The check-in staff was wonderful. The check-out staff, I felt a little disconnected and shafted and would have preferred for someone to make appointments with me right then instead of I felt put off of let me just send something to your MyChart. Thank you.
