I felt so seen and heard from the moment I entered the exam room. The experience was 10 out of 10 from the time I entered the waiting area until I left. The visit moved quickly, but not in the sense that I was rushed. Every single staff member that I encountered was friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeable, and eager to make the most out of my visit. This staff could easily be the standard that we in healthcare aspire to!

Dr. Graham, nursing staff, and the receptionist are amazing. My family and I have receive so much kindness from them over the last two years I have been going to this clinic. Due to a last-minute cancellation by our babysitter, I had to bring my toddler to my appointment. As I held our daughter, the entire staff was incredibly understanding and helped me to calm her down during the visit. Dr. Graham was very patient and even made our daughter a sticker stick with a wooden tongue compressor and two stickers so she would have something to play with. My daughter loved it so much that she stopped crying, and we were able to finish my appointment. All Nursing staff are some of the best nurses I have ever met. Since I was a child, I have visited a lot of allergy clinics, but this is the first one where I feel welcomed, taken care of, and that someone is paying attention to all of my worries while also assisting me in finding solutions for all of my allergies. My allergies aren't as bad as they used to be, and I can now enjoy my favorite seasons of the year spring and summer thanks to Dr. Graham's assistance. I'm grateful that God heard my prayers and sent me a wonderful allergy specialist and nurses who genuinely care about their patients' overall health.

Dr. Graham is always a pleasure. She's very knowledgeable. She listens to you. She gives good recommendations and I love the fact that she's knowledgeable of your history. However, when I do go in to greet, when I do go in to check in, I think that the people at the front should be more attentive and more courteous. I feel that they were engaged in their phone and they were engaged in their own conversations amongst one another. The attendant was deep in his phone and he finally looked up. He did not greet me with a smile. He did not say, welcome in. And I think that the customer service can definitely improve. But Dr. Graham herself did a great job. Also, the person who's coming out to the waiting room to get you, don't call me by my first name because you jacked my first name up and didn't even ask if that's how you pronounce it. I think it's more courteous to use my last name and then ask me if it's okay if you call me by my first name.

Dr. Graham is always a pleasure. She's very knowledgeable. She listens to you. She gives good recommendations and I love the fact that she's knowledgeable of your history. However, when I do go in to greet, when I do go in to check in, I think that the people at the front should be more attentive and more courteous. I feel that they were engaged in their phone and they were engaged in their own conversations amongst one another. The attendant was deep in his phone and he finally looked up. He did not greet me with a smile. He did not say, welcome in. And I think that the customer service can definitely improve. But Dr. Graham herself did a great job. Also, the person who's coming out to the waiting room to get you, don't call me by my first name because you jacked my first name up and didn't even ask if that's how you pronounce it. I think it's more courteous to use my last name and then ask me if it's okay if you call me by my first name.

Dr. Graham, nursing staff, and the receptionist are amazing. My family and I have receive so much kindness from them over the last two years I have been going to this clinic. Due to a last-minute cancellation by our babysitter, I had to bring my toddler to my appointment. As I held our daughter, the entire staff was incredibly understanding and helped me to calm her down during the visit. Dr. Graham was very patient and even made our daughter a sticker stick with a wooden tongue compressor and two stickers so she would have something to play with. My daughter loved it so much that she stopped crying, and we were able to finish my appointment. All Nursing staff are some of the best nurses I have ever met. Since I was a child, I have visited a lot of allergy clinics, but this is the first one where I feel welcomed, taken care of, and that someone is paying attention to all of my worries while also assisting me in finding solutions for all of my allergies. My allergies aren't as bad as they used to be, and I can now enjoy my favorite seasons of the year spring and summer thanks to Dr. Graham's assistance. I'm grateful that God heard my prayers and sent me a wonderful allergy specialist and nurses who genuinely care about their patients' overall health.

I felt so seen and heard from the moment I entered the exam room. The experience was 10 out of 10 from the time I entered the waiting area until I left. The visit moved quickly, but not in the sense that I was rushed. Every single staff member that I encountered was friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeable, and eager to make the most out of my visit. This staff could easily be the standard that we in healthcare aspire to!
