I was the first patient on today's schedule. I arrived at 0745 as instructed and the office was locked. I was not seen until 8:15. Also, this appointment could have been over Zoom. All we did was talk; there was no examination of my surgery area.

She was very gentle during my exam and was able to give me good instructions. The only reason I didn't give her a 10 in every department was she wasn't involved with every aspect of my procedure. I do like her bedside manner and I would definitely recommend her to others. If Dr Singh was no longer I would be ok with her being my contact physician.

This was a preliminary meeting with an assistant to the doctor for an upcoming colonoscopy. This was my third such meeting over the years for colonoscopies. The people are nice but the meetings are a waste of my time/effort. I never lay eyes on the doctor and all that is really accomplished is to hand me a set of instructions about taking the laxative, etc. ahead of the colonoscopy. It could have easily been emailed me and we could have talked over the phone or Zoom if they really needed to talk to me.
