The PA who saw me was very helpful and respected me. She did all she could to get x-rays set up for me. And continue where Urgent left off.

Pleasant front desk staff. The lady noticed that one patient was taking too long to register, so she offered to register us herself to cut down time. Very helpful staff and doctor. The lady who wrapped my daughter's wrist was very sweet and funny, made everything easy and light. We had a great time from beginning to end, even though we were there for a medical emergency. Thank you all! The only thing I didn't like and understand was the necessity of calling to make the xray appointment which was right around the corner. I couldn't understand the process and was sort of wanky, but luckily the lady picked up the phone quickly and we went through the process in efficient fashion.

I do not like that quantum radiology is my only choice in reading x-rays and CT scans. I have been told by United Healthcare that they are an out of network provider. How can Wellstar use an out of network provider when they know I am a Medicare advantage patient?
