During my time in the waiting room, there was no one at the desk. It was only a sign-in sheet, and it felt like I was waiting there indefinitely. I believe that the staff was on lunch at the time, but if that is the case, then the scheduling shouldn't have you come in while they're on lunch break because there's nothing that can be done from a patient standpoint at that time. However, the provider that I saw was incredible, very personable, and gave me the best information I've gotten from a cardiologist that I've seen, and was very thorough. So for that reason, I will definitely be coming back.
