Everything at the doctors office was fine. The parking was another story. I use the kiosk next to the elevators to pay for the parking and was charged three dollars to my HSA card. The kiosk did not give me a receipt. when I drove out the arm wouldn't go up. I tried to use the intercom and she said it was too windy and she couldn't hear me. The woman operator in the other booth said that it didn't take at the kiosk and I had to pay at the exit so I use my HSA and got charged four dollars. The receipt dispenser was broken and taped up, so I didn't get a receipt at the exit. I called Wellstar and got transferred to the private company who handles the parking and they want to mail me three dollars. The HSA credit card company said that it was still pending and I can't dispute the charges until it goes through I will have to call the HSA credit card company after the charges three dollars and four dollars and they both show up on the statement go through
