Everybody was very nice, and polite, with the exception of a lady in the cubicle where I checked in. May be she was just in a bad mood. I waited an hour to be seen, but did not mind, and the provider spent very adequately time with me, explained everything, was friendly and charming!

Dr THURLAPATI was super. Was up-to-date on my entire chart. Put me at ease saying she did not think I have cancer. Gave me a couple of choices. She was very kind and took her time. She is definitely an asset to Well-star!

The practice was so nice and all of the staff was extremely nice. I enjoyed meeting the doctor, the nurse, the people who registered me. Everyone was extremely, extremely nice. I've never seen such nice staff ever. I'm glad I don't have to come back, but I am extremely glad that I got a chance to go and get my answers answered and find out what was going on. I will recommend this place and the doctor and the nurses to anyone that is going through any type of illness. So thank you again for being such great staff.

I was very impressed with how quickly and thoroughly Dr. Thurlapati learned my case since taking over for Dr. Andrew's. I felt very confident that she would make decisions in my best interest.
