Met Dr. Batool or the very first time and she was wonderful including reviewing my past and present medical history and details of my recent hospitalization for an internal bleed. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate . I am glad I was able to meet her.

The doctor was very cold personality wise. When I was telling her about issues, she kept cutting me off. I was told I needed endoscopy. When I told her I had issues with anesthesia, she just said "well it's only a short procedure you will be fine." She had no interest in listening to me. I will be seeking a new doctor.

Dr. Batool is a great doctor. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and spent time with me listening to my concerns. She did not make me feel rushed and I did not wait long to see her. I feel in great hands with her care. Highly recommend Dr. Batool.

After my visit I was directed to the Lab area on the first floor to pick up a Colorguard kit. After signing in and waiting 30 minutes in the Lab area, I was called to the office and asked why I was there. I told the staff member I was there to pick up a Colorguard kit that had been ordered for me. I was then informed that the Lab did not disburse the kits, they were mailed to me directly. I proceeded back to the office to inquire why I had been directed to the lab. The receptionist brought a staff member out to me and told me that I would be contacted directly by Colorguard to confirm the order and they would send the kit with instructions to my home. Should have received the information the first time from the staff. Obviously some confusion on where to get the Colorguard kit. Not upset but did waste my time. Please insure everyone knows the right instructions next time. Thank you

From the time I got there till I left I was treated with the utmost care. This office and their staff including specifically IKEA and Dr Asra Batool went above and beyond. I truly wish I had started with them. I am an actual new patient. I transferred due to several problems at another facility. I can't get over the fact at the speed and care of service. They actually listened to me. I have never been to another Drs office anywhere close to the care and expedited service I got. Thank you soooooooo much.
