Ashley Stewart was polite. She listened well, but she couldn't do anything for my husband. She recommended us another surgeon that specializes on his problem. Thank you.

Yes, the one thing that I would change is the fact of finding out from the insurance whether or not they will take care of anything before a procedure is done. I'm still waiting for confirmation on that, and I haven't heard anything. And that is very important to any patient that you have.

I have only had one visit I would say that it will take more time spent with them to be able to give a more definitive answer. They all were very nice & cordial. You really can't tell what a person is like or there professional experience until you have had the procedure. I'm praying I have chosen the right person. She seems very professional. She did tell me I could go to heaven without a gall bladder.

After I got beyond the Emergency Room Everything was just fine. I understand that there was a lady came in just before me that required attention. I was on the 5th floor for 12 days and could not have asked for any better care, thank you.
