I would just like to say once when I signed in the kiosk, I don't know, I guess it was on my fault, whereas the symptoms, maybe I overlooked and did not input the symptoms, but we were in there for over an hour. So individuals that had came in who had been at the desk went there. They were seen, but no one told us, well, what are your symptoms? I had to go up to the desk and to emphasize, and that's how I found out that evidently when I checked into the kiosk, that evidently I had overlooked the symptoms and just put it in as a walk-in. So unfortunately, we were there over an hour before I got up to the station and inquired as to when we would be seen.

This nurse practitioner didn't seem concerned with my child's cough. She prescribed steroids but the strep culture came back positive. I found this out by checking the labs myself. We got antibiotics from another doctor. We still haven't been notified by this practice about her positive strep results.

After describing why we were there to the nurse, she came back in at the nurse practioner's request to tell us she would like to swab for flu and covid without ever even seeing my child or assessing what symptoms he had. Why not actually see patient first before wanting to chalk it up to one of those illnesses which by the way have no medical treatment for children anyways. So we would need to just treat the symptoms. I do not feel like our concerns were heard of the tightness in his chest in relation to the virus he had last week. We will go for a second opinion elsewhere.

Hi, so I think that the check-in service was wonderful. My nurse was absolutely amazing. The doctor, I did not care for her. We were being seen for a cough. She informed me that a cough is not a concern until it's at least three weeks and that there was nothing to do for a cough. She said, I don't know anything to fix a cough, do you? But upon staying in the room and listening to her cough while she was looking over my other son, who was also a patient, decided that she did, after all, need a steroid. So I wasn't very happy with her. I love the place altogether. The doctor herself, I am definitely not a fan.

The staff was great, we were treated professional y and with care, however, the antibiotic prescription that was written was an incorrect dosage. According to the pharmacist the dosage was dangerously high for my child. I contacted the pediatrician as soon as I was told this and the pediatric office in fact reviewed and changed the prescription dosage. This was a scary mistake that could have affected my child seriously, had it not been caught by the pharmacist.

After describing why we were there to the nurse, she came back in at the nurse practioner's request to tell us she would like to swab for flu and covid without ever even seeing my child or assessing what symptoms he had. Why not actually see patient first before wanting to chalk it up to one of those illnesses which by the way have no medical treatment for children anyways. So we would need to just treat the symptoms. I do not feel like our concerns were heard of the tightness in his chest in relation to the virus he had last week. We will go for a second opinion elsewhere.
