PA Ashley was just as thorough as I had anticipated. She listened carefully and answered all questions and concerns. And was very professional and caring since my sister with dementia needed a little more explaining and repeating.

So you did really well with my actual surgery and some of the aftercare instructions and the at home physical therapists were great, but some of the nurses had really terrible bedside manner and that goes the same for some of the physical therapists. So I think the surgery went really well, but the pain management was not good at all. So you should improve on that in the future.

Aetna does not really check as to whether or not someone needs rehab or not. And when they do, usually Aetna denies the option to have rehab. Shame on Aetna. They leave you in the hospital for days, like seven or eight days, instead of processing it quickly and saving Aetna a lot of money. Shame on Aetna.

We had a very, very good experience. Everybody was very kind and considerate with us. The front office staff was very, very nice and met with us individually. The provider was excellent. Very, very good experience.
