I feel that my time was not respected. It's a negative feeling when I was waiting for over an hour and I had to go to the desk to find out what was going on. And then I was moved to the exam room and I had to wait for another 20 minutes and no one came to explain anything. It's a little more bearable if someone apologizes that there is a delay. It's better than not saying anything. Also, I had to pay for additional parking. I have a disabled parking permit and I shouldn't have to pay for parking at a doctor's office.
