The doctor was very kind in attending to me. She was very empathetic. You can see her confidence and how professional she is in clarifying all my doubts. She gave me a lot of security. She was very cordial and I will definitely be with her again because she seemed excellent to me. And the people at Reception were wonderful as well.

I've been through a few OBGYNs in this practice, especially several when I was delivering my daughter three years ago. This doctor needs more practice and more confidence maybe because as I was talking to her, asking her questions such as, hey, I had umbilical hernia, they told me to start a medication that can mess up my stomach that I need to stay away from because she was saying for my heavy cycles, they could give me a strong version of ibuprofen as a shock. I was like, can I take that after having the surgery? She was like, I don't know honestly, you'd have to ask your doctor. I'm like, but you're a doctor, you can't look it up. So now I got to go to my doctor, ask my doctor if I have it and then follow back up with them when I waited forever for that appointment in the first place

Dr. Jones is quite literally the best doctor I have ever seen. I'm not going to sit here and say she knows everything about the medical world because I don't know anything about the medical world. However, when I tell you she makes me feel so safe and comfortable and secure, I wish that she did all forms of care. I love her as my OB. I would really love her as a primary care. She can be a psychologist like that woman. She walks on air in my book and I hope she's available more often.

My feelings towards that visit was that I felt they were disorganized from making me pick up glucose liquid and then not letting me take the test because they only perform in am for the 3hr. There was lack of organization and felt that one of their staff members should have been the one to pick up glucose liquid if anything or making sure they have supplies stocked up before making the patient think they will take a certain test while they simply do not or not aware of their inventory. Aside from that everything else afterwards went better than my previous visit. Thank you!
