What's the point of having machines to check weight if they're just going to ask me how much I weigh or how tall I am? I don't understand why they ask me to arrive earlier than my appointment at 11:25, then keep us waiting in the waiting room until 11:55, and for even longer. When they finally take me to a room, I had to wait until 12:25 until my partner went out to ask. When the doctor finally came in, he was only with me for about 10 to 15 minutes for my visit.

Hi, Over all Im not happy with the way things were handled immediately after I was moved out of ICU. I have voiced my concern and frustration on my chart to Wellstar and it is under review. In addition I would like to add, If you want the patient to check in and pay in advance prior to visit, then you also need to make sure that doctors and nurses have updated and prepared themselves for that patient, because everything gets posted on my chart for every patient. Had i not told the doctor about my CT SCAN, he wouldn't have known about it and i really don't know how he would have diagnosed my neck. It also took him 3 months to tell me he is not an expert to tell me why I have been having breathing problems, that is after i asked why everyone ignored my breathing problems, both you & nurse.
