My experience before the office visit was unacceptable. I'm told to use MyChart for communications, but responses are unacceptably slow. If I treated my clients that way, I wouldn't have any. If I didn't like Dr. Niazi so much I would leave Wellstar in a heartbeat.

The personnel in the lab are borderline rude. They seem to have a contest who can speak to you the least, ignoring you when you first walk up and throughout. This is consistent through several experiences over the past couple of years. The tech taking blood speaks to you, but not the folks sitting at the desks.
