Dr. Franklin does not have a good manner with her new patients. If it wasn't because I feel like that she could do the job, I would have gone, and I need that location, I would have gone somewhere else and gone for a second opinion. I don't care for her personality. I don't know if that's part of the surgical experience or not, but she just does not, doesn't have a good bedside manner.

I waited over 2 hours for provider to see me after my vital signs were taken.

I felt like my provider was not personable or showed genuine concern for my issue. She did not take time to explain what she wanted to do in order to evaluate the problem and she did not offer compassion when I expressed feeling pain. I left the office without my issue being resolved and I am less inclined to return for further care. I expected the visit to relieve my concern and it unfortunately left me on my own.

Dr. Franklin was called to emergency surgery prior to my appointment at 12:45 pm. Upon my arrival, I was notified of this and was asked to return at 2:30 in hopes that she would be done by then. The staff kept us up to date and very friendly with that information. Excellent experience!
